The alleged DPWH (department of public works & highway) PHOTOSHOPPED pic with our beloved public officials “inspecting” the aftermath of typhoon Pedring.
This pic was posted to their Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/dpwhco and was later removed after the public outcry. They later made a statement and apologized for the misinformation that was posted in dpwh’s facebook page without the officials’ (in the photo) knowledge of photoshopped photo.
